1. Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh

Tawang is a town situated at a height of 3,048 meters (10,000 ft) to the east of Bhutan. It is a winter wonderland during winters. The place is perfect to find peace and full of natural beauty. 2. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

Shimla is a beautiful hill station in Himachal Pradesh at an height of 2202 meters above sea level. It has been a famous tourist place since its colonial time. It is among the best places to experience snow in India and easily reachable by air, railway and road.
