BAK BAK – Delhi’s Legit Comedy Festival to be held this weekend (28th & 29th April) 

A new festival called BAK BAK will be organised in Delhi to extend the popularity of stand-up circuit in Town.

Delhi’s LEGIT Comedy Festival will be taking place on Saturday & Sunday, the 28th and 29th of April. One of the biggest comedy festivals organised in Delhi it will offer premium grade comedy.

Spread across Two days, there will be three shows per day featuring 3 well-known comedians performing at each show. 18 top comic artists from all over the country will be flying to Delhi to make it a show to remember.

The Line-Up

BAK BAK will feature famed comic artists Vipul Goyal, Anirban Dasgupta, Sumit Anand, Raghav Mandava, Abijit Ganguly, Urooj Ashfaq, Siddharth Dudeja, Aakash Gupta, Manik Mahna, Naveen Richard, Sundeep Sharma, Srijan Kaushik, Sonali Thakker, Maheep Singh, Vikramjit Singh, Pratyush Chaubey, Sourav Ghosh and Neeti Palta.

More Than Just Comedy

In addition to the comedy shows, BAK BAK – Delhi’s LEGIT Comedy Festival will also offer a curated line-up of food vendors serving delicious fare as well as stalls offering quirky merchandise to patrons. Organised by So Delhi and curated by Cheese Monkey Mafia, BAK BAK focuses on making comedy accessible to the masses of Delhi, all the while offering a wholesome experience inclusive of drinks, food and light-hearted comedy. Speaking about the initiative, Digant Sharma, Organizer, BAK BAK Comedy Festival said “The stand-up comedy space has taken India by storm, and now addresses a large number of issues that are integral to the lives of the youth, and to the political and social commentary of the nation. With BAK BAK, we aim to promote the art, and make this an annual property, across various cities in India”.
